Memberships Galore

Memberships with Friends of Irish Studies in the West come in a variety of shapes and sizes.  We want everyone with an interest to feel welcome.  Your membership will confer special privileges in that you will be notified of upcoming classes, events, concerts and special offers before they are advertized to the general public.

Membership Levels

  • Basic - Shamrock  shamrock
    Cost:  $50
    The basic membership is the Shamrock level that allows everyone to participate. 
  • The Family rate for the CladdaghCladdagh level is $100 which includes everyone in the immediate family.
  • Business - HarpHarp
    Cost:  $250
    The Business membership allows us to recognize your business as a supporter of the Irish Studies Program at UM.  We will let our members know who you are so they might frequent your door.
  • Corporate - Tri ColorIrish TriColor
    Cost:   $500
    The Corporate Tri-Color membership is one which recognizes the donor as a Corporate sponsor giving at a substantial level to support the Irish Studies Program in recognition of the significant contribution the Irish made to American culture.
  • Donor - Tara BroochTara Brooch
    Cost:   $1000
    The Tara Brooch Donor level signifies commitment to the Irish Studies Program with a monetary gift of at least $1000.  These donors have shown belief in the goals of the Irish Studies Program.
  • Benefactor - Emerald IsleAerial Photo of Irelalnd
    Cost:   $5000 in lifetime donations.  (We will track it for you).  These gentle folks have gone above and beyond in sharing their good fortune with the Irish Studies Program.  They understand the great need and benefit of having a strong relationship with our Irish roots to foster an enriched American Culture and forge a lasting bond with the people of Ireland.

March 2012 is our Membership Drive Month, and what a fitting month it is! We are developing a strong base of supporters for the Friends of Irish Studies in effort to solidify and expand and the Irish Studies Program at the University of Montana. Our momentum is growing. Come join us.

 

Friends of Irish Studies in the West has a dedicated Board of Directors.  These Directors volunteer their time and special effort to keep Friends on track and moving forward.  Please join us in making the UM Irish Studies Program one of the premiere programs in the western US.
